1. Refund or Exchange Conditions

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

1.2 Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

1.3 Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, exchanges may be considered at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or not as described:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., coffee blends).
  • Personalised or customised items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

3.1 Initiating a Return

    • Photos of the product if it is faulty or damaged.

3.2 Approval and Return Instructions

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
