  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Ultimate Treat is not liable for additional charges incurred upon the shipment’s arrival at customs.

1.2 Customs Clearance

  • The recipient is responsible for ensuring the timely clearance of goods from customs. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
  • If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

2. Restricted Delivery Regions

2.1 Non-Deliverable Destinations

  • We do not ship to countries or regions with trade embargoes or restrictions, including restricted areas, e.g., North Korea, Syria, Ukraine and other countries where the Ultimate Treat shopping cart is set not to be allowed.
  • Orders placed for restricted regions will be cancelled and refunded.

2.2 Local Import Restrictions

  • The customer is responsible for checking local import regulations to ensure the ordered products can be legally imported into their country.

  • Ultimate Treat complies with all Australian export laws and regulations.
  • We do not ship prohibited items or products that violate international trade laws.

3.2 False Declarations

  • We will not falsify customs documentation or declare items as “gifts” to reduce or avoid customs duties or taxes.

  • Delays caused by customs processing or local postal services are beyond our control.

4.2 Tracking

  • Most international shipments include tracking. The tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch.

4.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns for International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
